- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include/exclude applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors.
3. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order on the website is considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject it.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order via authorised methods (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product.
5. No Returns, No Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
- This applies to all categories including gold, diamond, gemstone, and custom-made jewellery.
- Customers must carefully review product details, sizes, and specifications before
placing an order.
- In the rare event of damage or defect during delivery, please notify us immediately upon receipt for assistance.
6. Warranty & Authenticity
- Every piece of jewellery purchased from Wani Jewellers comes with our official Certificate of Authenticity, guaranteeing the purity of gold and the genuineness of diamonds/gemstones as declared.
- Our certificate serves as proof of quality and authenticity, and should be retained by the customer for future reference.
- We guarantee the authenticity of materials used, but no other warranties (express or implied) are provided beyond what is stated in our certificate or required under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, including product designs, images, and text on this website, is the property of Wani Jewellers.
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing our designs or content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. All the content and Wani Jewellers is owned by Nikhil Wani or HOUSE OF WANI BROTHER JEWELLERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its sister concerns or subsidiaries.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wani Jewellers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
- Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
